This is a corner residence, up high are where the birds drop by for a visit. Corners are best.

Veranto 301 is on one end of the building, on the 5th floor or 4th floor depending on where you’re from (ignore the “number” 301), so a bit more privacy than the middle; and windows facing northeasterly (glancing sunrises and comfortable terrace-time morning, day and night) and a bedroom window facing northwesterly (glancing moonlight).

Furniture is included. Some equipment and other things are negociable.

I live in Veranto. I love (and appreciate) the neighborhood: I recommend 12 Bees on 12 bis (clever) hotel rooftop restaurant, best tacos al pastor on a corner, ADO bus terminal, MEGA, AKI, Walmart, and numerous small local restaurants, shopping and services all within 1-5 blocks. Walk to the beach.
