I have known Gary Wendt since January of 2009 when he became my agent in my search for a condominium in Playa del Carmen. In this time I have known him to be a fair and honest person. He is knowledgeable of the Mayan Riviera area of Mexico. He is fluent in English and Spanish which has been of considerable help in negotiation and maintaining property in Mexico. He has also worked as my rental manager for approximately 7 years and has taken meticulous care of my properties. I have seen his knowledge of buying, selling and maintaining real estate grow over the last 9 years. He has a number of people he is able to call upon when he needs to get something done. He is a personable individual with a good sense of humor and fair play. All in all I am pleased to have made his acquaintance and to have him working with me to buy or sell real estate. And sharing a glass of rum in a local establishment always makes for an enjoyable evening.
